Aiming at connecting education and training in the USSH to social practice, on 23, 24, 25th March, 2010, Lecturers and Students of the Psychological Department of K01 and K02 had a study tour in Khanh Hoa province:
1, Arriving to Hyundai Company – Vinashin in Mỹ Giang, Ninh Phước, Ninh Hoà, Khánh Hoà, students had studied on Personnel – Organizational Psychology:
- Recruiting, evaluating, selecting personnel
- A program on staff competence development (education, training, annually frequency training)
- Activities aiming at maintaining friendly cooperation
- Activities for building company’s culture
- Managing and controlling company
Hyundai – Vinashin is a leading company on seagoing vessel in the world with a high prestige on quality, and is trust worthy place of ship-owners throughout the world Hyundai – Vinashin consists of 4700 Vietnamese workers, 70 Korean experts. In order to have a professional, handy staff with high skills, high discipline, hard working and spirit of saving, of helping each other with a company’s objective “We are a Hyundai big family””, with a slogan “Dream – Challenge – Future”, Hyundai – Vinashin have trained and have had many diversified activities to developing its staff in the Hyundai developing process .
2, Coming to the Social Sponsoring Centre of Khanh Hoa province - 96A, 2/4 street, Vĩnh Hải Ward, Nha Trang City, students studied sponsoring activities and improving psychology for:
- Orphan children, handicapped children without being taken care of
- Homeless and lonely old people
- People with a chronic mental illness and having danger behaviors for the society
Impressive impact to students is loving people of the center’s staff, they help those people with their fully dedication to have mentally and spiritually strength. Through communicating with staff in this center, through having observation the center’s working environment and through talking with patients, many questions of students have been answered thoroughly. |
