2008 EXAMS FOR CERTIFICATES AT ELEMENTARY AND INTERMEDIATE LEVELS IN SPANISH
On May 24, 2008 the exams for certificates at elementary and intermediate levels in Spanish were successfully held at HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

The Office of International Cooperation, USSH, with the help and support from the Embassy of Spain in Vietnam, successfully organized the DELE examination (Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language) for elementary and intermediate levels. The certaificates are issued by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.

Spanish is a greatly popular language and is widely spoken all over the world. As a 1999 estimate, there were about 325 miliion people speaking Spanish as their first language and another 417 million as their second language.

Spanish classes at HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities have been offered since 2004, attracting a great number of learners from high schools and universities.
